我的评价以你提出的美国和德国，两个国家为主，尽管我人并不在这两个国家当中，只是偶然去德国买买菜泡个温泉什么的。

回到正题，我支持你去美国！

理由1. 语言是英语，英语是当今世界使用最广泛的语言，德语才那到那啊！才几个国家说德语，有几本科学杂志是德语的？还不如一步到位去英语国家呢。何况既然是硕士学位，英语自然不会很烂，G和T考试只要稍加注备，整死了弄1年，怎样也比德语从0开始来的强两年还不知道学出来是个啥呢！

理由2. 美国的经济虽然有些下坡，但是世界大流，哪个国家不一样，欧洲的金融风暴也摧垮了不少公司，德国的疆域小，公司规模和数量都有限，完全不适合你毕业后留下发展。美国他饿死的骆驼比马大，何况德国连马都还算不上，饿死的美国比欧洲大，这个比较恰当。工作机会多，移民的可能性大很多，别说你不想移民，就算是，有个国外的工作经验也比海草回国来的强。再说来，你在德国混出个博士来了，回国你教谁啊？用德语吗？

理由3. 美国的奖学金申请相对比德国容易，理由是我身边有人拿到过美国的全奖半奖的人都有，德国的一个都没有。欧洲的生活消费比美国相对便高，约20%到30%。还是那句话，美国地方大，打工都容易找，欧洲的城市都小得可怜，百万人就算大城市，大超市都没几个。

以上全是本人意见，决定前你还是要自己权衡利弊，但是决定了就要一条路走下去，比经历绝望是看不见希望的。随便说下，我在斯特机电一体化研完了。
