　在找推荐人的时候要记住一个基本准则：推荐人重要的选择标准是对申请者有充分的了解，而不仅仅是看推荐人本身的名气。推荐人最好了解申请者的优点且需熟悉申请者学习情况、学习目的是否明确、适应能力、创造能力、性格和特长等。

　另外，在拜托推荐人写推荐信时，可以建议其包含以下几个重点和方向：
